Abstract

he fashion industry is a vivid example of the development of creative industries in the region's economy. In this article, market segmentation models are proposed and a segmental analysis of the operators of the Primorsky Krai fashion industry market is carried out. Various databases of Russian scientific journals and articles in the field of management and entrepreneurship, statistical data of the region were used to collect
the material. The paper evaluates the results of theoretical discussion in the study of the concepts of segmentation and market segments. The results of a study of the fashion market of the Primorsky Krai region conducted by the method of questioning the operators of the fashion market in the period February – May 2022 are presented. Research question – what is the segmentation model of Primorye fashion manufacturers? The features of the development of the fashion industry in Russia are considered, the classification of fashion brands istudied, the distinctive characteristics of fashion clothing manufacturers in the segmentation of the regional market are revealed.
